J.Korin Cocoon manufacturing was established in 2005. The company has been a pioneer in the manufacturing of Cocoon (Pre Winded Bobbin for Schiffli Embroidery Machines). S J.Korin Cocoon manufactures cocoon bobbin yarns which are better known as “Schiffli back yarn” as it is mainly used in Schiffli machines.

At J.Korin Cocoon, bobbins are designed and process Winded to sew accurately with high consistency along the total length of the bobbin. Adjustment of tension in winding is managed such that it remains accurate and same throughout the length. This enables maximum consistency across a full machine loading thereby reducing waste and downtime ensuring a high quality of the end product. Each bobbin has a specification in terms of length and weight.

J. Korin Cocoon has achieved this through the use of superior machinery and infrastructure. The company uses Korean machinery 600 winder for manufacturing the cocoons. The threads used in the manufacture of our bobbins are carefully chosen to give the optimum balance of tenacity and length. We use threads which are of international standards and are sourced from trusted vendors. The bobbin thread will therefore have a tenacity to meet the requirements of the finished fabric. The bobbin does not collapse with high speed modern machines and also has no adverse effect after the process.
